 English is the medium of instruction in both theory and practical in B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses. There shall be atleast 153 and 125 teaching days in Monsoon and Spring Semester sessions respectively.
As per the guidelines of NCTE the college has 13 faculty members including the Principal. All of them are qualified, experienced and appointed in conformity with the norms laid down by the UGC and NCTE. Excluding Principal, 2 Professors, 2 Readers, 2 Senior Lecturers and 6 Lecturers are working here.
14 supporting staff members including Office Superintendent, Accountant, Computer Operator and Office Assistant. Besides this, college is also having one Senior ICT in charge and one Librarian with P.G Degree.
The college has a well equipped Library-cum-reading room along with a study center. More than 25,000 (Twenty five thousand) reference and recommended text books are in library. Besides, there are periodicals, journals, weekly and monthly magazine, newspapers etc. helpful to abreast the faculty and students with the latest development and diversification taking place in the field of educational science. |
