1. Admission in the D.Pharm and B.Pharm courses is held during the month of June/July very year on the first come first serve basis and the classes are commenced from 10th July. Candidate may apply in advance in the prescribed application form obtained from the office of the Institution on payment of the application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred) only in cash or in form of D.D. in favour of the “Himalayan Pharmacy Institute” payable at SBI, Majhitar Branch (code 9034). The application form may also be downloaded from the website and the submission of the downloaded from must accompany the cost of the application form i.e. Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred) only in form of D.D. in favour of the “Himalayan Pharmacy Institute” payable at SBI, Majhitar Branch (code 9034).

2. Admission in the M.Pharm course is held during the month of May/June every year on GATE Score / Merit basis and the classes are commenced from 1st September every year. Candidate may apply in the prescribed application form obtained from the office of the Institution on Payment of the application fee of Rs. 200/- (Ruppes Two hundred) only in cash or in form of D.D. in favour of the “Himalayan Pharmacy Institute” payable at SBI, Majhitar Branch (code 9034).
   
   The application form also may be downloaded from the webside and the submission of the downloaded from must accompany the cost of the application form i.e. Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred) only in form of D.D. in favour of the “Himalayan Pharmacy Institute” payable at SBI, Majhitar Branch (code 9034).

Staying of the students in the Hostels provided by the Institution is compulsory. There are separate Hostel for Boys and Girls student.
